When you book a tour package, accommodation, or service with Dinesh Explore Hub, we commit resources and make advance arrangements on your behalf. Hence, refunds are subject to cancellation timelines, third-party vendor rules, and administrative charges.
🚫 Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable once booked:
- Flight/train tickets booked through Dinesh Explore Hub
- Entry passes, permits, or visa processing fees
- Travel insurance
- Customized or last-minute packages
- No-show at the time of departure
❗ Force Majeure Clause
Dinesh Explore Hub will not be held liable or offer refunds for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, landslides)
- Political unrest, strikes, or riots
- Pandemic/epidemic-related travel bans
- Airline/transportation cancellations
- Government restrictions
💳 Refund Method & Timeline
- All refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment.
- Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days after confirmation of cancellation.
- Some bank/payment gateway processing times may vary depending on your provider.
🔁 Trip Modifications Instead of Refunds
If you are unable to travel but still wish to retain the value of your booking, we can:
- Reschedule your trip for a later date (subject to availability and charges)
- Offer credit notes valid for up to 12 months from the date of issue

To initiate a cancellation or refund:

- Wait for written confirmation and details of refund amount/timeline.
